MANAS - Solidary Mission

MANAS - Solidary Mission, is the spiritual, personal and social legacy and call of the company ERAS DG and ERAS Group, its directors and human team. Our best contribution is to create a culture of love and of feeling for your neighbor. A culture and society brought together by the great value of solidarity, sustained by the purity of the love with which we were created.

With each project that we receive, our clients become, directly or indirectly, good will collaborators, where each one of them contribute their trust, their valuable grain of sand to offer solutions with physical, emotional, spiritual, economic and other resources, for children, the aged, and people in vulnerable situations.

What do we do?

Delivery of ERAS DG and ERAS Group is done by means of the MANAS – Solidary Mission initiative, an internal program that is born due to instilled family legacy and the call for service to do by means of own resources an collaboration from friendly hands, help and donations, to people and places in situations of real need, in our society and in the world.

Legacy

By the hands of our children, and of the children of our collaborators, donations and contributions are delivered in each and all of the activities we carry out. This way we instill and teach them, from an early age, the value of giving.

Our mission

To take help and collaboration to people and places in vulnerable situations, by means of direct gifts to local charity organizations, hospitals and churches that work to satisfy real needs, struggling to develop initiatives contributing to add solutions, unity, solidarity, love and peace.

What has been achieved?

With the little or much that we have collected with love during these years, in the period 2009-2015, ERAS carried out visits to different locations and communities, both outside the city as well as in settlements in the Southern region of the Dominican Republic, developing activities prepared for parents and children, where moments of joy and amusement were lived, delivering toys, food, clothing, shoes, as well as solidary support for other important needs found.

The aged, as well as children, are our great call. This is one of the axes where we wish to collaborate each time more. We have carried out, throughout the years, our usual visit activity in Homes for the Aged with extreme need for help, where they need vital medication as well as the call to collaborate with medical equipment and supplies, remodeling and adapting of physical spaces, where all those attending make part of this important activity.

At all times during the year we are ready for the call to collaborate in special situations for people, institutions or organizations that in way or another require assistance from our company, human team or services, and therefore we feel highly engaged to be always ready to offer our solidary hands.

  • Mathew 25:35-40. Because I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a foreigner and you lodged me, I was naked and you dressed me, I was sick, and you visited me; I was in prison, and you came to me. “The the just will answer, saying: Lord, when did we see you hungry and fed you or thirsty and gave you drink? And when did we see a foreigner and lodged you, or naked and dressed you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and went to see you?” “And the King will answer: ‘I tell you in truth that all you did to one of the smallest of my brothers, you did it to me.’
